Description
Bay bolete, cut and gently dried, surchoix grade. Darker and more savoury than porcini, with a strong, slightly sweet woodland note.
Wild-harvested, hand-sorted. Origin Romania.
Preparation
Soak in warm water for about 30 minutes, rinse and cook with the dish for at least 15 minutes. Bay boletes turn the soaking water and the sauce dark, this is normal.
