Dried gourmet mushrooms, gathered by hand or from our own cultivation, packed in-house and labelled with our own THOMARA label. Wild mushrooms are gathered by hand in European forests, our cultivated mushrooms mostly come from our own cultivation.

Drying concentrates the aroma: 100 g of dried mushrooms is equivalent to about 1 kg of fresh mushrooms. Stored correctly, they keep well beyond the season.

Dried polypores and tree fungi, wild-harvested, hand-sorted and gently dried. Diced, in pieces or ground.
