Description
Chicken of the woods, diced and dried, wild-harvested. Hand-sorted and gently dried.
Chicken of the woods grows in bright yellow-orange brackets stacked like roof tiles on oak, robinia and fruit trees. The English name comes from its texture when young. Dried and diced, the pale, fibrous flesh remains easy to recognise.
